Pros & Cons
Pros
These are so handy to add to dishes that will allow the pieces to rehydrate in cooking. Eliminates the need to feel like i need to buy peppers when they aren't on sale. Company was responsive to my questions, so they seem good.
Very useful to have in the cupboard. Makes food even more flavorful. Great with fried potatoes, in omelets, or macaroni salad.
