Best value for my buck. Product shipped extremely fast and delivered within 2 days. My only complaint is that i didn't buy more!
Dried chile cascabel is very pliable. Soft and still supple, fresh, aromatic, and just plain gorgeous. These are great dried chiles.
These little peppers have a smokiness that's hard to define but very definately up front. Even considering the shu's compared to other chili peppers, these pack some heat.

They are dried for storage and transport but not so dry that they disintegrate when you handle them
