There are 90 gummies in easy jar and the directions are to take 2 per day. I hate giant horse pill vitamins, and i'll drag my feet on taking them, so gummy vitamins are a plus.

The hairomega hair nourishing system is for hair loss and thinning hair. This is the longest my nails have ever been. The biotin gummies are for hair and nails growth.
