Im about a size 1416 and the top of the skirt is a bit on the loose side

Unlike other reviewers i havent found the inner skirt to be too constricting though ive not actually worn it yet just tried it on

Also it is a little short i checked the length of this and the dress i was ordering and it should have been long enough to peep out at the bottom of the dress about an inch like in the pictures
