Pros
Good quality and very sturdy and stainless steel. A real step-up from the ubiquitous usual plastic-chrome products out in the market.
The only negative is the model number etched into the front of one of the brackets.
Cons
Shower head holder is not very firm and have no instructions on adjustment. If your shower head is little heavier than air than your showerhead is going down itself. Very poorly fitting shower hose socket.
Would send it back but have thrown packaging out. Poor quality. Should have been checked prior to dispatch.

From reading some of the negative reviews i thought id help out on the shower head fit which a few have commented on as non standard as i had the same problem

As per the other reviews my old shower head did not fit the bracket

After some research and testing this was not because this product is non standard but because the hose on my previous shower had quite a fat attachment to the shower head meaning it would then not fit into the bracket head
