As advertised. It’s a household name. Would recommend to my friends.

I am really disappointed, as my return window closed 10 days ago. I can't recommend a product that quits after a month.

Dremel nail grinder broke twice in 3 months. Collet nut opening is too small to accommodate the shaft of the accessories.

Unless you are doing small craft-like projects, it appears to be worthless. Called and was told to change bushings. It now sits on a shelf in the garage.

I was using it to sand today with the flex shaft

I did more troubleshooting and found its something to do with the switch not making a connection

Packaging/appearance

The item looked like it had been returned packaging appeared to be a return i love the dremel but didnt like to fact that it looked used

2 also the bit for drilling and cutting tends to pop out of the collet no matter how far down you seat it and how much you tighten it

Competitiveness

Ive owned a few dremels and other rotory tools over the years

Outlasted my german proxxon which i purchased for supposed reliability

Im glad i listened to others and didnt go with a cheaper brand
