Pros
Dremel is my favorite drill brand. Bought a dog nail grinder and it became a large dog owner's dream machine. Solid construction and can easily tackle delicate and minor repairs.
Changing of the desired collett is simple, quick and securely locks. A little louder than the cordless version, but that's probably because it's always working at full speed.
Cons
Collet gets jammed and is not fixable. Vibration while not holding causes the button to move down, tool speeds up, then shuts off.
Without a collete, the tool is rendered useless. It is essentially unusable.
