Cons
Made in china, it's not. Bait & switch. The instructions are awful. Where your head lies, it gets flat and filling gets hard and lumpy in areas. Frankly, i believe i got the wrong product by mistake.
If you are into the feather pillow type mushy pillow, these are for you. I want firm as a side sleeper and i'm sick of sellers using the word firm when their product is nowhere near firm. It feels like sleeping on concrete.
These pillows give off the strongest chemical smell i've ever experienced on bedding. A whole month after using them, i was still being woken up by the chemical smell. The smell of mildew is horrific!

The good news is that a few dryer cycles cleared up the smell

I removed the inner pillow and ran that and the outside together for three cycles of 30 minutes at medium heat
