Low-carb pasta is a pasta with a purpose; to offer those who need to control carbs an alternative worth buying. I know how foods affect me. Because of that, i know when foods have hidden carbohydrates in them.

The taste & texture are spot-on, and the non-dieters in your family won't raise an eyebrow.

Cons

New packaging no longer claims low carb. Not for diabetics or anyone on a low carb diet.

This product is also very over priced. Do not listen to the hype about cooking in acidic tomato sauce.
