This is sturdier. It is lightweight and yet strong. It helps to have two people building it especially when it comes to placing the slabs.

My husband constantly takes his mattress off the bed and turns it side ways and throws it off and his legs get stuck betwen the slats to the point thag he screams. The bed is not sturdy and regularly needs the screws tightened. Literally buy anything ... Read More
Assembly is ridiculous. I am not a strong person and it cracked immediately while assembling.

Fits my 3 yr old grandson and i’d imagine it would work fine for kids up to about 6 or even 7 if they were pretty small kids

The instructions give pictures for each step including a nice small detailed paragraph on how to put it together
