This book gives me so much beauty to strive for and makes me want to journal! Love this. Beautifully illustrated.

Cons

At least a third of the book is filler of the author navel gazing. The instructions for drawing faces are laughably brief. The advice for journaling is so short and so shallow, it's not worth it.
