It is well designed and very sturdy. Feels durable. The quality is what i expect from amazon stuff. Very comfortable and easy to operate.

This is easy to use and priced right. The same one is available on griot's garage for less than half this price.

Touch n flow is a great single handed nozzle. The action is so fast that it sends a shock wave back up the hose, making it jump. Comes with o rings.

Cons

There is an internal o ring that becomes dislodged and causes the valve not to seat. Constant dripping leaks from the pin end -- appears to be bad machine thread tolerances. After one season it was stuck down/on. Steer clear of this product.

Called dramm customer service and they are sending me out a new one no charge no hassle

I wanted to keep the articulating head dramm doesnt make one
