All the 1 to 30 sprinklers anywhere are absolute crap and either dont work out of the box or die soon

There is a plastic cover around it with spurs and you need the spurs so that you can turn this side of the connection to thread it to the hose since twisting the entire hose is difficult to do

If the sliders are pushed together in the middle the sprinkler will not rotate much back to front
