I tried the stiffer rubber aftermarket latches but the rubber was so stiff it broke the plastic latch

I sent those back and bought a metal set of latches but i could not get them aligned properly and the just did not look right

I also ordered the black turnbuckles as i blacked out my jeep and the aluminum turnbuckles didn’t quite look right

The only negative i would like to add is they don’t install the bolt that goes through the lower bracket assembly the part that attaches to the fender

Seems to me it would be very simple for them to install that bolt during assembly of the latches
