    Put that plate on the back of the bearing then put the driver bolt big long bolt through the back on the front put the cup that would allow the bearing to fall through

    Then put the tightening bolt on and turn that sucker till you the bearing falls into the cup and it all comes out you know when its out as the whole bearing and tool should just fall out

    However one thing that i did not like about this product was that they put a coating on the tools that easy peels off and scrapes off

    Edit something i wanna add to is dont use an impact gun for either pulling it out of pushing in
