Pros
The directions are clear, but please lay out all the parts (a-z) per the parts list. Very fast shipping too.
It's rare for a kneeling chair to be magically comfortable from day 1. Normally you'd sit back into a chair, it slides, but you're firmly seated with your back against the seat.
Cons
Thick foam pad quickly compresses and looses all comfort. The backrest literally flops around in the bracket it's attached to. The foam pad for your knees is awkwardly narrow as well.

The closer you sit to the back rest the better your overall posture will be.

Either you are pending you toes up on the floor, or placing your feet on the back support, which places pressure on the top of your feet.

I know you want back relief and a quick assembly, but 10 minutes organizing the parts on a table will make assembly a 20 minute process.
