Pros

With consistent use of this product i’m noticing each week my gums are reversing recession. My gums no longer feel sensitivity and i can now eat hot foods and drinks without wincing in discomfort.

It's less bitter than feverfew for example, but frankly it's not that bitter. Especially since it's raw and also because it helps the rainforest sustainability.

This product is also good for acid reflux. Soothes and heals the stomach. It has been found highly effective for those suffering bowel problems from inflammatory bowel disease.
