Overall it seems like a solid product for a decent price. This one is good and not expansive.
Tobias probiotic has cfu of 30 billion which is guaranteed to expiry. Good balance of variety without high reliance on just 1 or 2 strains.
Cons
The instructions say to open the capsule, empty the contents into food or drink and stir until dissolved.
