The instructions do not come in english and i am not even sure if this item is authentic because the entire product is in some type of asian writing

She eventually learned to pull her thumb out of the sleeve thus making it useless

This might work for a younger child or if you first start to see the child starting to suck the thumb and want to stop it before it becomes a habit

It cant go any tighter without cutting off circulation to his hand so this isnt working for us
