Nickels seem to mellow that out for me a bit. Dr's do all this and more. Vox too. Love the feel.
These strings pair with fender amps really well. They have a lot of mids and bass and make for a great chunky blues and classic rock sound with p90's. These are as great or btr.

Anyways if you want the best strings on the market for solidbody electric guitar get thomastikinfeld power brights strings thomastik pb111 powerbrights bottom medium electric guitar strings they are 20 but worth every penny if you have money to but them

A tip spritz a penetrating oil on a cloth and draw the strings through the cloth while pinching between two fingers just before installing
