A 15 year bassist, never once have i seen this happen. Returned as defective. My advise is to just not buy the legends.

Its hard to find dr flats for 5 strigns out there price and quality is great
Only had them on for a few hours but the quality of sound coming from my bass is phenomenal

The wrap on the b string is a bit jagged and rough which makes the b string feel more like a half round on part of the sting

I just replace halfround strings with this set of stainless dr flatwounds

On the halfrounds my fingers would sometimes stick instead of slide because they were slightly rough
