This product works beautifully. I ordered these for my elderly mom, my sis-in-law first gave her a bottle to try a few months ago & mom is a fan!

Cons

This is a very strong laxative and if you suffer from any ibs symptoms then stay away from this product. The label does not state how much senna is in a serving. It's little more than a $60 laxative.
