My only concern is that when these insoles get wet not just normal sweaty but steppedinapuddle wet they stink to high heaven

Just dont forget to take out the original inserts from your shoes or else they wont fit correctly

I originally bought these for a pair of boots i own but they made the boots too tight in the toes

My soft trainers were fine with them once i loosened the laces but note that if the shoes you want to put these in are very structured you will need to try them on with these in or they probably wont work for you
