Very comfortable, cool, and lightweight. The padding is good in these as you would expect. Good buy for the cost.

These are really good in soles that easily modifiable and you can cut to fit your size. I recommend thinner socks when you place these insoles into your shoes because they do take up quite a bit of space.

Cons

Insole is too long. Can't wear them due to constant squeaking. They made my husband's shoes smell like a cat peed in them.
