I have a lot of knee pain and these helped immensely. Relieved pain, and are very well made.

The only downside is that the plastic arch on the bottom of one of the insoles started coming apart between the time i took it out of the package and put it in my shoe. They fit perfectly well in my size 8 shoes. They are sized for wider shoes, such a... Read More

The cushioning in the ball of the foot makes me feel like i am walking with a bounce. My feet aren’t cramped or tired when i’m done with my long shifts. After wearing the orthotics in my shoes for several days, my knee feels quite noticeably better!
