I love that these are removable. Now each pair fits so much better and no longer slips off my heel. They peel easily off and have maintained their adhesiveness when reapplied.

The adhesive is thick, cushiony, comfortable to provides protection for my heels. I like that they has clear color to camouflage in my shoes in case anyone notices them. The only con for me is that the adhesive is not all that sticky.

These liners make wearing high heels, flats or any shoes so much more bearable. The liner helps to fill the gap and prevents my feet from sliding around in those shoes.

These help alleviate her above the heel pain/tightness while breaking in her shoes. Sometimes i use thicker heel grips if the shoes are a 1/2 size too big. I use the black pair in my black dress shoes that fit me slightly too loosely.

The other two are material so they won't give me the ‘grip’ i’m looking for to stop the shoes from flopping off. Came off the first day. Don’t waste your money.
