Pros

It is as easy as installing the included 4 aaa batteries, and pressing power. I like the way they packaged batteries with the product. I wish it was usb rechargeable instead of requiring aaa batteries.

The rotating file is easily removable for cleaning and replacment.

Device doesn't soften the feet, it certainly makes them much less ragged and rough to the touch. It's like waving a magic wand over your feet and watching the roughness disappear. It does a great job of sanding away dead skin and callouses.

The new design is easier to grip and maneuver than the old design. The compact design is another big plus. It's perfect for travel, fitting easily into your luggage or even your handbag.

The unit is easy to disassemble for cleaning. Keep it in the bathroom drawer for a quick touch up. I soak my foot for 15 minutes, let it dry and then use this callus remover.

Cons

This product is a huge disappointment. The battery compartment cover isn't made to fit the included batteries. Do yourself a favor and find a better product.

Overall it is an okay product but it could have been much better if the company had a good designer and did more user testing

Its just easier and turns better that way plus you can tell how much of a difference its making right away
