Pros

Good product but usage is verybconplicated for elder ones. She says it does a very good job effortlessly. Easy to use and adequate power to machine.

Cons

The product is out of warranty. There is no one to help you from the seller or amazon side. The machine delivered is defective in as much as its operating touch button panel is not working.

None of the features mentioned in amazon such as motor type, coil type etc,. I was delivered the lower version product without the heat feature as stated in description and also in product manual. The grip at the calf is not adequate.
