Pros
The scrub is sugary and the balm is extremely moisturizing and it lasts. Some lip scrubs make my lips get microtears and therefore become even rougher and more chapped. Scrub is not too grainy, and the balm is a good consistency.
Cons
The scrub hurts your lips and does nothing and the gloss part is just sticky. A waste of money for me.

Fair warning my lips did start to crack and bleed again when i used carmex in the middle of the day so you have to completely get off regular chapstick
