No upset stomach. They also help with my reflux.

Ohhira's probiotics contain just the right amount of prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics (so they are easy on your digestive system) since no refrigeration is needed - they are so easy to travel with. Live cultures without refrigeration.

Bought the 5yr fermented prior to this bit found it too strong for my system so i took 1 a day
