Pros
Cord resists high heat much longer than expected. Plenty of power for soldering on sheet metal and heavy-gauge wire. Iron gets very hot and had no problem melting solder.
Cons
The soldering iron heats up very quickly. The stand is a piece of junk that was stamped out of galvanized sheet metal. Without the tip wetting, the heat transfer is unusable. I was only using flux and flux core solder.

The cheap tip can be difficult to tin correctly but i use a high quality silver solder to retin every time and it seems to work well
It gets hot quick comes with the little stand so it doesnt burn your house down melts solder fairly easily
Everything as described however there isnt much information on how to use the product
Dont have any major problem with the devices so far

Ive mainly looking at online videos but it would be nice if there was a manual that came with this

Providing the thermostat to enable the temperature control will go a long way to improve on usability
