Easy to take and no digestive side-effects. Hard to find b complex vitamins that aren't mega doses. Only vitamin b that noticeable affects and improves my mood.

Cons

The safety seal was damaged, this is the 2nd time from mercola products. Came with broken lid/cap. I am very upset because these are very expensive at $29.
