Pros

I have extremely sensitive skin, and a rare skin condition that has the symptoms of eczema (contact dermatitis) water is a very important ingredient in oil based items. Gave me a great tan.

Cons

Blend of oils with a spritz kind of nozzle is a big pain. Very oily and difficult to rub in. Not a value if half of your lotion is on the floor.
