Pros

This sublingual spray tastes great. Could use a much better taste, but leads to a rested sleep. This product is a godsend!

Our son has trouble sleeping and this has been a lifesaver. I use this an hour before bed per instructions, but sometimes it makes me sleepy sooner than that.
