It has heavy duty press studs rather than buttons and is a good length you could wear it directly over underwear as the material is so thick

I am 18 year old female and my measurements matched exactly with what they had stated as large so i ordered an xl just so it would be loose enough fit over my clothes for lab sessions as a medic at university but when the coat arrived although the quality is definitely amazing the size seems like xxxl too big to the point where i am having to return the coat
