Pros
It is sturdy and durable. Very firm and sturdy. Less expensive, but proving to be much more durable.
It is not big and bulky and massages right into the muscles for a deep poor man massage. It really targets my sore muscles and i find knots and aches using this that i didn't know existed. Seems to really help rid the pain in my itb.
This is exactly what i was looking for. Happy with the purchase. No regrets. Price is right.
Cons
This foam roller is cheap in quality. Won't roll as smoothly compared to other rollers in the market.

The glue for the paper that was on it stuck to the foam roller so there is still paper left on it

You do hear slight creaks which probably wouldnt happen if it werent hollow

It is a bit on the harder side so if youre a beginner i would caution you against this one and maybe go for something softer

The hollowness of the roller has some give though mine has gone oval a little
