I love how they stick. This is a must have in every home. This item is amazing.
Coolness helps and so does the compression. My daughter has a hip injury and pt wants her to ice every 3 hours. It does refreeze quickly. What a great invention of icing and compression.
Cons
Cool ice wraps are not very cold even after putting it in the freezer for 45 minutes. The fabric is so thin that it doesn't maintain a worth while coldness for more than about 5 minutes.
