It does an excellent job of gently and thoroughly'moving you. However, both work equally well.
Cons
My breath and body odor after taking these is absolutely horrific! They work but it's not worth it for how awful i smell. I believe mine was defective. Some of the labeling looks like ink smudged.

How it worked for me was to take 1 capsule around bedtime or the evening followed by a tall glass of water then 1 upon waking up followed by a warm glass of water coffee or tea

I later tried reverting to 1 capsule in the morning and again it didnt work for me
