Geeze, 2 hours after i took this i began sweating and throwing up, my doctor says the last 2 ingredients are verry unsafe. The pennyroyal is verry toxic to kidneys, and other issues.

I never had any adverse side effects and did fairly extensive research in the ingredients since i know there are a couple of ingredients that are deemed questionable with safety

This was my 3rd baby and 2nd vaginal birth and i also ate dates and drank red raspberry leaf tea and did evening primrose oil sparingly so i don’t know how much credit to give to this formula alone but i labored for about 5 hours total and only had about an hour and a half of really intense labor
