Pros

I sleep better, my weight is down 20 pounds and i don't crave sugar as much. The capsules are easy to * and i've noticed an increase in my energy levels. I feel satisfied.

This suppliment is one of my favorites. Constipation is no longer an issue. This includes changing out all of my personal care products (shampoo, make-up, perfumes, deodorant)- the works!

Cons

Being the dissenting opinion on products that other people seem to love is always a bummer. This stuff did nothing for me. Berg's strict diet and there was absolutely no improvement.
