Pros

The spring neck does a heck of a lot more to dissipate the force going down to the base. It works and still gives me a great workout. The size of the bag is a little skinnier than the one i practiced in kb class but i'm happy with what i paid for.

The base is built for 200 lbs of sand, but i think 150 lbs will be sufficient. It's very sturdy and can take a punch. Sturdy and stable for a standing bag.

Leather is on par with about anything else i have seen, though i'm not sure about the stitching at the top. The really noteworthy part is how great at communication and working out problems the customer service is. The quality of the bag and the base ... Read More

Cons

The base is leaking, there is a lack of screws, and the lines are not sealed. The material is not suitable for children over 6 years old because they will easily kick the sandbag down. The quality of the goods is not equal to the price.

Took me three hours to fill with 100lbs of sand and it still could use more

I filled the base with 120lbs of play sand that i bought from home depot
