Quality
Build quality and reliability are excellent and we’ve used ours a lot
I now sleep downstairs with the doxy sleeping in my place and fear that once the doxy learns how to iron ill be out the door
That is the one fault i have with this product its noisy its an issue with the hitachi magic wand alsoi guess its the design
I had a small problem with the first purchase contacted doxy customer support and the replacement arrived promptly
