The price is great, fast delivery, on time. Thank you amazon for fulfilling almost all my needs. Tried numerous times. Same great product better price.
Cons
Product was frozen when received. Now it's all clumpy and not useable. Clogged up the dispenser.

I have a front load washer and have tried the cheaper liquid softeners however i could never get a nice smell or the softness that downy provides

I got a few friends to switch from using bounce sheets to use downy and they said they wouldnt go back to using the bounce sheets

Enough liquid had escaped to wet the inside of the box no doubt due to pressure changes during transportation
