Pros

Downey is the best fabric softener ever. The april fresh scent is light and refreshing, and it's not overpowering like some other fabric softeners can be. This product smells fresh, good in maintaining clothes color, and keeps a bit of wrinkle free.

Cons

Still smells fine, but i suspect this gunky mess is responsible for the grey slime i find on my * from time to time. I’m not sure if i received expired product or what happened. Just a fyi.

Downy liquid laundry packs are way too thick to even put in the washer. It's very thick and is staining my clothes. It doesn't clothe.
