Pros

It's very subtle at only 10 mgs a day, but would imagine if i increased the dose it would be more prominent. Comes in a small dose that is scored so i can take half.

It’s good for perimenopausal or menopausal women to just help with hot flashes. I am almost 50 and getting to menopause and i also have an autoimmune disease that has low energy and fatigue as a symptom.

First thing i noticed with it is the fibro fog lifted. I feel my * is also better maybe because i have more energy too? It also gives me much more energy.

Cons

My arms and exposed skin areas burn and i develop a red rash under sun. Label says 5mg, but pills are actually 10mg. Messing with hormones does not ever seem to work well for me.
