Most calcium citrate tablets include the vitamin d right in the tablet. Those of us who prefer to determine our own separate dosing of vitamin d can have the option to do that.
Douglas labs is a good brand in a book name comparative guide to nutritional supplements which can be found with number 0973253800 in amazon. This is the only calcium supplement i found to have been independently verified by a lab.

They are very large and have a chalky texture. Choked on attempting to * one.

Most importantly for someone with sarcoid its important to avoid vitamin d as sarcoid converts inactive vitamin d to its active form
