The pastry cutter is recommended to hand wash. Good heavy blade with a nice handle. Cuts dough well with the blades edge and scrapes the counter well for cleaning up.

This scraper is a bit heavier and studier than others i have used. Very sturdy and sharp.

This has a comforting heft to it, and feels nice and solid. It is very comfortable in the hand and outperforms it's purpose.

Only thing it will probably cut is dough. Definitely not veggies. The mat is like a piece of photo paper thin, nothing like what i bought from a discount retail store. The blade is light, mostly hollow inside a stainless steel shell.
