Pros

The toilet paper bar has a little stop on the end to prevent the toilet paper from sliding off. The shelf is nice for holding candles or your phone. This product is awesome for our bathroom.

Shipping and packaging were spot on. This item is terrific.

The 2 roll holder makes the tp last longer between running out and scrambling to find where the extra tp is stored. It fits the toilet paper rolls we have purchased from costco/sam's club. Place your cells on top of the desktop like tray.

The chrome is really shiny. It comes with a white peel-off pvc coating.

It is very sturdy and does not rust. Clean lines and sturdy.

Cons

It is far off having a neat polished chrome look. It's only a theory but this bad screw and concern about longevity made me want to return it.
