I put flat iron steaks in individual bags gently submerged them to get the air out sealed them and my steaks cooked the same as if i had vacuum sealed them
I would have given them 5 stars if they were available in a larger size
I use the sous vide machine often so these reusable bags will be so much less costly than replacing the rolls for my vacuum sealer
