Pros
The velcro has better adhesion than the adhesive on the tape. The glue sticks really well.
Cons
Shipped the loop side, did not cone with a hook side. The glue side is a mess and, yes, that side sticks to the surface. The velcro side has only the most tenuous hold.

This double sided sticky backed hook and loop velcro has too many uses to list

This is single sided so you will need both pieces of this kit if you want the velcro to work
